Councilman Ritchie Torres participated in North Central Bronx Hospital’s ‘Reach Out and Read’ on Wednesday, January 21. Torres read three books to about 30 young people and their parents as part of the event. The program was organized and sponsored by both Reach Out and Read of Greater New York and NCBH’s Outpatient Pediatrics Department.
