In honor of the summer season, the Young Kings and Queens Chess Club launched its ‘Rise Above the Streets’ initiative with an End of School/Beginning of Summer Chess Tournament on Friday, June 22 at Sousa Park.
Students proudly displayed the trophies and medals they earned at the tournament.

The mentoring program held the event to bring a positive mindset for over 126 participants to start their summer vacation.
