Serving up refreshing drinks and warm companionship for the evening were Ed Birdie, NY Power Authority Government Affairs director; John Cerini, Bronx Tax Man Corporation principal; Taryn Duffy, Empire City Casino director of Public Affairs; Joseph McManus, Liberty Democratic Association; Jim Quent, Statewide Public Affairs and Olga Luz Tirado, Bronx Tourism Council executive director.
