St. Helena Students Celebrate Arbor Day

St. Helena School students planted a symbolic dogwood tree at their school’s playground.

In honor of Arbor Day, St. Helena School second graders planted their very own First Communion Dogwood Tree in the St. Helena Playground on Friday, April 28.

The tree commemorated the students’ First Holy Communion which they received on Saturday, May 6 at St. Helena Church.
