Saturday, April 8 at 8:58 p.m. – Cops responded to an assault and robbery at a liquor store at 797 E. 170th Street. Two black men, one about 30-years-old to 35-years-old and the other approximately 55-years-old to 60-years-old, entered the store and began punching a 54-year-old man in the face multiple times. This caused cuts and contusion to his face. They then took about $700 from the victim’s right pocket and fled the scene. The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital for treatment for his injuries.

Saturday, April 8 at 9:00 p.m. – Cops got a report of an apartment robbery at a building near East 172nd Street and Walton Avenue. Three unidentified individuals forced their way into a 66-year-old man’s apartment, took out a gun and struck the victim on the head with a firearm before fleeing the location with the victim’s cell phone. The group of three people included two men and a woman.

Sunday, April 9 at 9:37 p.m. – An incident occurred inside of a deli located at 712 Burke Avenue. A black women wearing a black wig and a black and white shirt fraudulently used a debit-card to buy more than $24 worth of goods. Cameras at Brave Deli captured her image.
Sunday, April 16 at 2:50 a.m. — A cab driver was robbed on Easter. The 33-year-old victim picked up a fare at East Gun Hill Road and Colden Avenue. The person he picked up revealed a gun and ordered the victim to drive him to Webster Avenue and East Gun Hill Road. He took $300 from the victim before fleeing on foot and getting into a 2015 Honda Accord and driving away. He also stole the cabbie’s jacket. The man is described as an Hispanic between 20-years-old and 30-years-old who is between 180 pounds and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and a white baseball hat.
