Thursday, July 13 at 12:17 p.m. — Cops responded to the call of a person stabbed near East 140th Street and Jackson Avenue.
When they got to the scene they found a 31-year-old man who had been stabbed in the neck. He was later pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital.
43 Precinct
Saturday, June 3 at 9:44 p.m. – A 22-year-old man was found unresponsive and with a gunshot wound to the right side of his torso.
The police arrived and found him in the rear of 1140 Wheeler Avenue.
EMS took him to Jacobi Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
46 Precinct
Tuesday, July 4 at 9:24 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault at 2463 Webster Avenue and found a 51-year-old who had been stabbed in the head. The victim was taken by ambulance to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
49 Precinct
Thursday, July 23 at 9:52 p.m. — Cops responded to a traffic fatality on East Tremont Avenue near St. Peter’s Avenue. When they got to the scene, they found that a 53-year-old pedestrian was crossing the street when he was struck by a 2000 Lincoln Navigator that was heading west on East Tremont Avenue. The NYPD Collision Investigation Squad is investigating. EMS pronounced the man dead on arrival at the scene.
