Friday, August 24 at 1:00 a.m. — An individual gained entry into 1880 Bryant Avenue through an unlocked rear door and proceeded to burglarize the location. The individual took a laptop computer, jacket and a floor-stripping machine that is worth about $1,400. He is described as a black man who is about five feet, seven inches tall and who weighs about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark pants and a black jacket.
Sunday, August 26 at 5:22 p.m. — Cops received a report of a robbery near an entrance to a subway station in West Farms Square. A black or Hispanic man approached a 23-year-old man, the victim of the crime, and forcibly took his cellphone before departing in an unknown direction. The individual is described as a 20- to 30-year-old who was last seen wearing dark color jeans and black T-shirt.

Sunday, July 22 at 2:48 p.m. — It was reported to police that a 18-year-old man was shot once in the back, twice in the buttocks, and once in the arm by a individual known to police. He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was later released.
Saturday, August 18 at 4:23 a.m. — Cops got a 911 call about multiple people shot on the side of 925 Allerton Avenue. Police discovered a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg.
They found a 24-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the head, a 25-year-old man with a stab wound to the head and a 21-year-old man with a stab wound to the back. EMS responded and took all three male victims to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, as well as the woman, who later died on Friday, August 24.
Also injured was a 27-year-old man who was taken by private means to Jacobi Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
A suspect was taken into custody in the deadly attack, arrested and charged. The investigation remains ongoing.
