Sunday, September 30 at 4:09 p.m — Police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious infant inside of 681 Elton Avenue. When they arrived on the scene, they found an eight month old male who was unresponsive. He had no obvious signs of trauma. The child was later taken to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The NYC Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

Saturday, September 29 — A Bronx Times reader self-reported a fight caused by a domestic dispute between a woman and man on Clarence Avenue. No further information was available as of press time.
Saturday, September 30 at 2:34 a.m. –Cops responded to a 911 call of a car accident on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway at Co-op City Boulevard. When they got to the scene, they found a 22-year-old man and his passenger in a 2009 Suburu sedan with trauma to their bodies. EMS responded and transported both occupants to Jacobi Medical Center where the vehicle operator later died. The vehicle had collided with a 2007 BMW driven by a 33-year-old female. After the collision, the operator of the 2009 Suburu struck a tree. The driver of the BMW and her passenger were not injured.
Sunday, September 30 at 4:09 p.m. — Cops responded to a 911 call of a motor vehicle collision on the southbound lanes of the Hutchinson River Parkway at Bruckner Expressway. As a result of a pile up of two cars and a 2008 Honda R9 Motorcycle, the driver of one of the cars and of the motorcycle were killed. When police arrived the 54-year-old man who was the motorcycle operator was lying unresponsive in the roadway. The two drivers of the automobile were transported by EMS to Jacobi Medical Center. The third driver sustained minor injuries.

Saturday, September 22 at 11:25 a.m. — Cops received a report of a forcible touching incident that happened in front of 730 E. Fordham Road. An unidentified person approached a 71-year-old woman from behind and grabbed the victims buttocks and then fled in an unknown direction. The individual is described as an male black or Hispanic between 30-year-old and 40-year-old who is 100 pounds and about five feet, four inches tall. He has a thin build, short black hair and brown eyes.

Sunday, September 30 at 8:02 p.m. — Cops received a 911 call concerning a motor vehicle collision on Jerome Avenue south of East 233rd Street. When they arrived on the scene, they found a four car collision. One person, a 59-year-old man, was killed in the accident. After an investigation, a 24-year-old man who was driving one of the vehicles and who police said fled the scene of the accident on foot and then subsequently returned was placed under arrest and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Death, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Motor Vehicle Operation by an Unlicensed Operator.

Wednesday, September 26 at 8:02 p.m. — Cops got a report that a 12-year-old female was walking near Jerome Avenue and West 193rd Street when she noticed an individual taking photos of her from behind. This individual than ran up to her and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing on Jerome Avenue. The individual described in this forcible touching incident was a light-skin Hispanic man who is five feet, five inches tall and weights about 160 pounds. Police have made an arrest.
