Permits have been filed for the construction of an 8-story residential building at 3743 White Plains Rd. in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx.

The plan calls for a 78-unit building located between East 216th Street and East 219th Street that would yield 54,908 square feet of residential space. The building would be 75-foot-tall and the average unit size would be 703 square feet.

The proposed development would be located near the 219th Street subway station, which services the 2 and 5 trains.

The developer is Shimon Greenfeld of SCG Capital LLC. The architect of record for this project is listed as Nikolai Katz Architect.
