The proposed development, located between Bainbridge Avenue and Rochambeau Avenue, would be 75 feet tall and yield 17,982 square feet if built.
The average size of the 30 units would be approximately 600 square feet, indicating that the apartments would most likely be rentals.
In addition to the 30 residences, the development would also include nine enclosed parking spaces.
An estimated date for the project’s completion has not yet been provided.
The lot is located within close proximity to the Norwood subway station, which services the D train.
