Permits have been filed for the construction of a 13-story mixed-use building at 1801 Weeks Ave. in the Mount Hope section of the Bronx.

The proposed development, which would go up between East 175th Street and East 176th Street, would stand 132 feet tall and contain 99 residences. The average unit size would be 1,009 square feet, indicating that these residences would most likely be condos.

Other features of the proposed development include a cellar and 40 enclosed parking spaces.

Within close proximity to the proposed development site is the 174-175 Streets subway station, which is serviced by the B and D trains.

The owner of the applications is listed as being Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management, which is a subsidiary of Westbridge Realty Group. The architect of record is Leandro Nils Dickson Architect.

Demolition permits for the site were filed earlier in November. An estimated date for the new building’s completion has not yet been provided.
