Monsignor Scanlan sings to James Monroe seniors

Students from Monsignor Scanlan High School visited James Monroe Senior Center on Wednesday, December 21 to spread holiday cheer. The students sang Christmas carols to the senior citizens. A teacher from Scanlan, Ms. Ramos, arranges the concert every year.
