Legal Hand Bronx and Ariva partner to host financial planning workshop

Legal Hand Bronx teamed up with the nonprofit Ariva to host a financial planning workshop on Wednesday, Dec. 4. Ariva, known for providing free tax preparation and financial counseling services to New Yorkers, offered attendees valuable insights into managing their finances.

Felix Arellano, Ariva’s Program Manager, led the workshop, highlighting the various resources available to participants. He emphasized the importance of scheduling appointments for Ariva’s free financial counseling and tax preparation services, which are available both over the phone and in person. Arellano also discussed topics such as Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs), small business planning and guidance, and the tools and resources available to support financial success.
