Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at The New York Botanical Garden

The New York Botanical Garden held a ceremonial lighting of nine ornament decorated trees to start the Holiday season on Sunday, November 22. The Fraser Fir trees measured up to 26 feet in height and were decorated with 20,000 lights. The tree lighting festivities took place during the opening weekend of NYBG’s 24th annual Holiday Train Show.
