CUNY Med Students Present Projects At SBH

The students’ projects ranged from a study of sugar and childhood obesity to the efficacy of dog therapy in a hospital setting, from assessing the reasons for wisdom teeth extraction to the impact of nutritional education and intervention.

Fifteen third-year CUNY School of Medicine/Sophie Davis Program in Biomedical Sciences students completed a six-week summer community health and social medicine program at St. Barnabas Hospital by presenting their final projects.
