St. Barnabas Hospital held its annual gala on Wednesday, June 25 at Marina del Rey in Throggs Neck, with a focus on embracing diversity. The honorees were: Arlene Allende-Ortiz, senior vice-president of community affairs and intergovernmental relations at SBH Health System; and Dr. Rohini Anand, senior vice president and global chief diversity officer at Sodexo. Attendees included Thomas Murray, president of the hospital auxiliary and director of community relations; and Dr. Scott Cooper, president and CEO of SBH Health System.
