Bronxites boogied on down to the Grand Concourse on Sunday, August 28 for the Boogie on the Boulevard’s final summer celebration of the year. Hosted by the Bronx Museum of the Arts, the street fair reallocated the Grand Concourse’s center lanes from East 162nd to East 170th streets for a vibrant festival featuring fine and performance arts-based activities. Guests met local artists; danced alongside dance groups; got their faces painted; performed spoken word, poetry and storytelling and participated in various sports and carnival games.
