More than 50 volunteers from the Save the Earth from A to Z University volunteer program from the World Mission Society Church of God helped spruce up Clason Point Park in partnership with NYC Parks on Sunday, April 7. The cleanup is part of a social welfare initiative, ‘Reduce Crime Together,’ which university students are carrying out worldwide. The goal is to contribute to the establishment of a safe and peaceful human society by reducing crime rates through college student volunteer activities.

Volunteers cleaned around the park’s shoreline.
