Serving the health, social services and cultural needs of Native Americans residing in New York City, the American Indian Community House held a focus event on Wednesday, July 1 at the Huntington Free Library to gather opinions for a Health Needs Assessment Survey. In order to provide better health services, AICH leaders, interns and volunteers met with approximately 20 local Native Americans who shared their opinions on this issue with the group.
