The 49th Precinct has taken another gun off the streets with a recent arrest.
On Saturday, September 19, 49th Precinct officers responded to a call of shots fired by Bronx Park East.
The police arrested two individuals, Lamont Busher of 1780 Lafayette Avenue and David McKay of 1720 Watson Avenue.
Police Officer Ivonne Vizcarrondo, of the Conditions Unit, observed Busher, a 17-year-old black male, and McKay, a 21-year-old black male, hiding behind a tree on Bronx Park East and Maran Place.
Vizcarrondo found the duo in possession of an illegal handgun at approximately 12:20 a.m. and made the arrest.
