Torres Opposes After School Summer Camp Budget Cuts

Councilman Ritchie Torres joined United Neighborhood Houses and middle school students on Friday, March 29 to voice their opposition to Mayor de Blasio’s fiscal year 2020 budget proposal to eliminate 34,000 slots for middle school students to participate in summer programming through the city’s School’s Out NYC program.
