CEI student artists and activists of I.S. 219 unveiled their social action large-scale mural expressing their call to action for a peaceful, healthy community on Friday, June 8 at 3630 Third Avenue. The sixth and seventh graders hope to effect community change by addressing issues of gun violence, bullying, smoking and a clean environment through their vibrant, meaningful mural.
