St. Raymond High School junior named ‘Police Commissioner for a Day’

St. Raymond High School junior David Morales was an award recipient for a Police Commissioner for a Day essay contest through the Police Athletic League. Morales was honored for his essay in a ceremony at One Police Plaza on Wednesday, June 10, where he got a chance to meet NYPD and PAL dignitaries, including Police Commissioner William Bratton.
