Salamanca Completes Naloxone Training

With opioid overdose death rates continuing to rise, Councilman Rafael Salamanca’s office completed the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Overdose Prevention and Response training, certifying each staffer as a Naloxone administrator.
