Monday, January 22, 4:21 a.m. – Police responded to a call of a man shot near the corners of St. Mary’s Street and Crimmins Avenue. When they responded, they found the 20-year-old victim shot in the back, chest, left hand and the buttock. The victim was transported to Lincoln Hospital, where he died at 4:45 p.m.

Tuesday, January 12, 6:00 p.m. — A man became a victim of theft when he lost his wallet at the East 176th Street subway station on the IRT 4 transit line. Someone retrieved his wallet and used his debit card to make an authorized cash withdrawal at a TD Bank ATM located at 640 E. Fordham Road.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 20-year-old to 30-years-old, with a beard. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweater.
Tuesday, February 2, 5:30 p.m. – A would be robber fled a crime scene empty handed after his victim struggled with him. The man approached the victim, a 32-year-old woman, in an alleyway. He took out a gun and demanded money. When the woman refused his demands, the suspect struck her in the face with the gun and left the scene after a brief struggle.

Saturday, February 20, 5:19 p.m. — Two suspects carried out a vicious stabbing in front of 3046 Holland Avenue. The suspects got out of a black two-
door car and approached a 26-year-old woman on the sidewalk. One of the suspects stabbed the victim once on the right side of her stomach, while the other cut her right ear.
After completing the attack, the suspects got back into the car and fled on Burke Avenue.

Sunday, February 22, 8:45 p.m. – A vicious assault occurred while a man was walking on West Kingsbridge Road.
He was approached by two men who began a conversation, and when the victim reached Davidson Avenue, another suspect approached and began to beat him. The three suspects all repeatedly punched and kicked the male victim and also threw what seemed to be hot water on his face. The victim was treated for his wounds at Jacobi Medical Center.
