This year’s distinguished honorees included former councilwoman Dr. Una Clarke, CUNY Board of Trustees member; Fianny Cabrera, Speech-Language pathologist; Councilwoman Laurie Cumbo; Senator Marisol Alcantara; Deputy State Comptroller for Diversity Management Nancy Hernandez; Renee Mehrra, Reenbow Media president and broadcast journalist; Dolly Williams, A. Williams Construction president; lieutenant Lorraine Perez, NYPD Patrol Borough Bronx Community Affairs; Barbara Holmes, Morris Houses Resident Association president; Dr. Ana Olivero, Ola Pediatrics president and Nydia Edgecombe, Hostos Community College Alumni Relations director.
