Harlem Man Found Dead In Throggs Neck

Police conducted a thorough investigation into the shooting death of a man found inside a car parked on Balcom Avenue.

Police are investigating a possible suicide that occurred last week in Throggs Neck.

According to a NYPD spokesman, police discovered the body of Harlem resident Kenneth Howe, 51, of 102 W. 134th Street, on Thursday, October 27 at 12:15 p.m. in the back seat of a car parked on Balcom Avenue.

Police said Howe had an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
