Hosted by the Westchester Square Business Improvement District, the eighth annual ‘Fair At The Square’ brought together local merchants, business owners, residents, families, children and friends in celebration on Saturday, June 18 at East Tremont Avenue between Silver Street and Lane Avenue. This year’s festivities included season two of ‘Bronx Idol’, a live singing competition for Bronx teens; an all-day concert series on two stages hosted by Dennis ‘Dion’ Nardone of WVOX 1460 AM Radio, Valerie Smaldone and Artie Rodriguez of the Diamante Show as well as musical performances by Platinum selling Salsa musician Frankie Negron, Elvis impersonator Gene DiNapoli, FDR Drive and Just Nuts
