Diaz Sponsors Guyana Day Celebration

Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. and the Guyana Independence Committee co-hosted the second annual Bronx Guyana Day Celebration on Tuesday, June 20 at Melanie’s Restaurant. The celebration was held in honor of Guyana’s 51st anniversary of independence and to recognize the borough’s growing Guyanese population.
