The Ferragosto Italian Festival celebrated a centuries-old Italian tradition on Sunday, September 11 in Belmont’s ‘Little Italy’. Hosted by the Belmont Business Improvement District, the festival honored the Ferragosto tradition dating back to the Roman Empire which recognizes the end of the harvest season. This year’s edition featured tons of delicious Italian cuisine and live performances from the 70’s Project, Sal Valentinetti, Vincent Ricciardi, Nike Vero, Two Gents and the Lady and Uncle Floyd.
La Casa Grande Cigars’ Norberto Rosario showcased the art of cigar rolling.
