A 52-year-old man was murdered in Bedford Park earlier this month.
According to the NYPD, on Aug. 4, at 4:52 p.m. police responded to a call of a foul odor inside 2854 Briggs Ave. Upon arrival, they found a man, Locksley Christie, 2831 Valentine Ave., lying unconscious and unresponsive inside the basement of the building.
EMS responded and pronounced him dead at the scene. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
