49th Pct. NCOs At PPNA Meeting

Captain Thomas Alps, 49th Precinct commanding officer, was the guest speaker at the Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association’s monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 13 at Bronx House. The event marked the introduction of the 49th Precinct’s Neighborhood Coordination Officers.
