Young adults learn through basketball

The NYC Department of Probation hosted an Education Empowerment & Opportunity Through Basketball event at the Bronx YMCA, 2 Castle Hill Avenue, on Friday, February 6. The event included attendees meeting with reps from trade schools, local colleges, community colleges and social services. Afterwards, attendees participated in a basketball game coached and supported by hall of famer Nate ‘Tiny’ Archibald, who played 14 seasons in the NBA.
