There was a sea of pink at Orchard Beach for this year’s 15th annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. Hosted by the American Cancer Society and first-time national presenting sponsor Avon, many teams and participants embarked on a nearly 3.1 mile walk on Sunday, October 21 at the Bronx Riviera to raise awareness and fund research for breast cancer.
