43 Precinct

Thursday, June 21 at 9:44 a.m. -- Cops responded to a 911 call of multiple shots fired near Castle Hill and Randall avenues. When they got to the scene, they found two 33-year-old men with gunshot wounds to their heads, as well as a 45-year-old woman with a shot wound to her torso. EMS responded to the scene, and took the victims to Jacobi Hospital. At the hospital, all three were pronounced dead. Based on a preliminary investigation, an unknown individual fired several shots into the front of 620 Castle Hill Avenue and hit all three victims.

Sunday, July 22 at 12:40 p.m. -- Cops received a report concerning a burglary in a residential building located near East 172nd Street and Morrision Avenue. An individual entered the located through the front door and took $450 in cash before fleeing on foot. She is described as a black woman between 40-years-old and 49-years-old. She had a dark complexion, large build, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing white sandals and a multi-colored dress.

45 Precinct

Wednesday, July 25 at 8:26 p.m. -- Police responded to a call concerning a decomposed body of a woman floating in the East River. They were called to the vicinity of 2578 Schurz Avenue and when they arrived they observed the floater in the vicinity of 500 Hutchinson River Parkway, according to police sources and published reports.

The investigation in ongoing with the medical examiner determining the cause of death.

49 Precinct

Monday, July 16 at 2:05 p.m. -- Cops got a report of an assault and a theft at a deli located at 1790 Eastchester Road. An individual took two cans of iced tea and started to leave the store without paying them.

When the 37-year-old employee confronted him about the theft, the individual punched and kicked the shop-keeper repeatedly.

The individual fled the scene on foot northbound on Eastchester Road. The victim was treated at the scene by EMS for pain and bruising and to his body and face. The individual is described as black man, about 17-years-old to 19-years-old, who was last seen wearing a black shirt with the head of a bull on the upper left side of the shirt.
