Stand up for Women-End Sexual Assault Rally was held on Tuesday, December 18 in response to an incident in which a woman was assaulted inside her Pelham Parkway apartment at Cruger Avenue and Maran Place. Senator-elect Alessandra Biaggi; Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernandez; Marjorie Velazquez 82nd Assembly District Female Leader; Raphael Schweizer Bronx Park East Community Association chairman; Lisa Perrine; Nelson Gonzalez; Shabbir Gul,Bronx NYS chaplain and Hazel Miura, Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corp. Housing and Community Development director spoke at the rally.
