Police responded to a slashing at Party City in Throggs Neck at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 14. According to police, a man approached a 24-year-old victim inside of the store and slashed him in the face, head and arm. Police are currently looking for the perpetrator and three men who stood lookout. The victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
