Police looking for a man that jumped a victim on the 167th Street D train station

Police are searching for two men that attacked a 56-year-old man on the southbound 167th Street D train station in the 44th Precinct.

That duo began having a conversation with the man as one of the two began punching him in the face before throwing him to the ground and kicking the victim at about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, according to the NYPD.

The second man then stole the victim’s book bag and wallet before the two fled towards 167th Street and Jerome Avenue.

Authorities apprehended the first suspect and are searching for the individual in the below image currently.

Police say the victim was treated for his injuries at the scene by EMS.
