40th Precinct
Sunday, May 26 at 3:12 p.m. — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual wanted in connection to an assault.
Cops got a report that an individual engaged the victim in a verbal dispute that became physical with a 19-year-old victim at East 149th Street and Third Avenue. After the fight was broken up, the individual left and retrieved a knife and returned to the initial location. The individual proceeded to stab the victim one time in his torso. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition.
The individual cops are seeking to identify is a male black with a skinny build and braids in his hair. He is about 150 pounds to 160 pounds and between 26-years-old and 28-years-old.
41st Precinct
Friday, May 31 at 1:20 p.m. — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying individuals (see photos) in regard to a robbery. The details are as follows:
Cops got a report that an unidentified woman wearing a blue Nike tank top entered a smoke shop located at 966 Southern Boulevard and attempted to take property from behind the counter.
A 50-year-old employee confronted her and followed her out of the store.
When they got outside, several additional individuals accosted the store employee and removed the keys to the store from his hand. When the employee returned to the store, he confronted the female (blue tank top) who was attempting to open the door to the store with the stolen keys. The other individuals attacked the victim as well as his 25-year-old son, who attempted to come to his aid. The 25-year-old victim was struck in the head with a stick causing a laceration.
44th Precinct
Saturday, May 18 at 6 p.m. — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the unidentified male depicted in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to a burglary. The details are as follows:
Cops got a report that in the vicinity of Grant Avenue and East 166 Street, an unidentified individual entered a vacant and unoccupied residence and removed various construction tools. The individual then fled in an unknown direction. The property had an estimated value of $2,000. The individual is described as a black man who is between 30-years-old and 40-years-old. He was last seen wearing a dark cap, gray shirt and dark pants.
46th Precinct
Monday, May 27 at 4 a.m. — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two me (see photos) for two burglaries that occurred within the precinct. The details are as follows:
The two males gained access to the rooftop of 74 W. 183 Street and cut a hole in the roof. After cutting the hole they cut another hole in the roof of a check cashing store, located at 72 W. 183 Street.
Once inside of the check cashing store, they used power tools to open the store safe and removed approximately $66,000 before fleeing the location.
52nd Precinct
Wednesday, April 10 at 4:50 p.m.– The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo and video in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct.
Cops got a report that in the vicinity of Southern Boulevard and East Fordham Road an unidentified male approached a 22-year-old female victim as she was aboard the Bx12 bus and exiting the rear of the bus. The male grabbed the victim’s cell phone from her hand and fled on food east bound on East Fordham Road towards Pelham Parkway.
The individual sought by police is described as a male black in his teens with an afro. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans, and a backpack.
