43 Precinct

Wednesday, October 4 at 7:30 p.m. — Police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who needed assistance inside of an apartment at 1413 Noble Avenue. When they arrived at the scene, they found a 53-year-old man who was unconscious and not responsive. Cops called EMS, who pronounced him dead at the scene.

47 Precinct

Friday, October 6 at 9:11 p.m. – Cops responded to a report of a pedestrian struck in front of 1779 Pitman Avenue. When they arrived on the scene they found an 82-year-old woman on the ground with trauma to her torso. They took the female to Jacobi Medical Center where she died. After investigating the matter, cops found that she had been trying to cross Pitman Avenue when she was hit by a white Dodge cargo van. The driver of the van fled the scene of the accident on foot.

48 Precinct

Wednesday, September 27 at 1:30 p.m. — A burglary was reported to cops after a person pushed in the window of an apartment building near Clinton and Cortona avenues. Once inside, they took property and fled to places unknown. The individual is a Hispanic man who is 40-years-old with black hair and a medium complexion.

52 Precinct

Monday, October 2 at 10:44 p.m. — A robbery was reported to police. It took place in front of an apartment building near Creston Avenue and East 190th Street. An individual described as a black man between 30-years-old to 35-years-old approached a 44-year-old man. He had a knife and demanded his property. The victim gave him $60 in cash before the individual fled on East 190th Street. The individual walked with a limp and was seen wearing a blue hooded sweater and black sneakers.
