Boys and girls of every age got into the Halloween spirit at the fourth annual Pelham Parkway Halloween Parade and Party on Saturday, October 28. Hosted by Senator Jeff Klein, Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj, Councilman James Vacca, the Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association, the Allerton International Merchants and the White Plains Road Business Improvement District, the ‘spooktacular’ yearly parade kicked off at the southeast corner of White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway South venturing onto White Plains Road to Brady Avenue. Following the neighborhood march, a Halloween party was held at P.S. 105 where costumed children enjoyed face painting, games, carriage rides and live music.
