P.S. 205 swore in its new student council at its Oath of Office Ceremony on Wednesday, January 25 with Lee Holzman, retired surrogate for Bronx County, administering the oath.
The ceremony also featured former student council president Maria Rivera and District 10 superintendent Maribel Hulla as guest speakers.
The event concluded with a musical tribute by the Senior Glee Club under the leadership of Carole Sylvan, Young Audience teaching artist.
