Officer Stephen Santoro was named the 45th Precinct’s ‘Cop of the Month’ during the 45th Precinct Community Council’s meeting on Thursday, October 6 at the precinct house.
Santoro was honored after he and his partner arrested two people robbing a person at knife point in Co-op City.
