He was previously vice president, Digital Media Operations at ESPN, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company, in New York City. Prior to that position, he was vice president, Corporate Human Resources at ESPN. His earlier career included roles of increasing responsibility in human resources at Cendant Corporation and Marriott International.
Anderson earned his bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. He has participated in executive education programs in labor and employee relations at Cornell University and performance measurement at Harvard University.
