Man Robbed, Shot At 2590 Stedman Pl.

Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at Stedman Place last week. According to a NYPD spokesman, 49th Precinct police responded to a call of a man shot inside 2590 Stedman Place on Wednesday, June 28 at 4:54 p.m. The 45-year-old robbery victim sustained gun shot wounds to his leg and head and was transported to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition. Police added that the victim’s safe had been stolen. No suspects have yet been identified. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
