On Friday, Aug. 16, the Mall at Bay Plaza held a special giveaway of school supplies to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
Families who received tickets for the event from the mall’s Guest Services station on the first floor were able to take part in this back-to-school supplies giveaway event, which took place at the food court on the third floor of the mall, located at 200 Baychester Ave. in Co-op City.
Backpacks full of back-to-school items, including books, pencils and more, were given out in the event. Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to take part in fun giveaways, listen and dance to the music and win prizes.
