On Thursday, November 7, a memorial event was held to remember the late sergeant Charles Clark, who passed away ten years ago. The event, held at PSA 8’s location at 2794 Randall Avenue, was attended by Clark’s family members as well as PSA 8 officers who paid their respects to the late sergeant. Sergeant Clark participated in the search, recovery and clean-up of the World Trade Center site following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He passed away on November 7, 2009 as a result of lung and throat cancer related to 9/11.
