Family and friends of the late Joe Binder met at Pasquale Rigoletto’s on Sunday, April 8 to celebrate what would have been the local legend’s 108th birthday. A man of many talents, Binder was a World War II Navy veteran, musician, comedian and poet with a larger-life-than-life personality and great sense of humor.
