The last three units are two-bedrooms, costing $2,795 a month. As many as five people can live in each unit. The annual income of these households must range between $95,829-$218,010.
Amenities for residents at this building include a shared laundry room and assigned parking spaces.
Applicants must meet the housing and income size requirements. New York City residents who apply will receive a general preference for the units. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online by Oct. 21. Qualified applicants will also be required to meet additional selection criteria.
The building was designed by Fred Geremia Architects and Planners. Anton Tinaj, under the Park View Bay, LLC, handled the development of the building.
