Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. released his ‘Bronx Annual Development Report’ on Wednesday, March 29 at a development roundtable hosted by the Greater New York Construction User Council at Bronx Museum of the Arts.
The report stated that 2016 was one of the most successful years the borough ever had in regards to development with more than $3.27 billion in total investment taking place last year.
The borough also witnessed 14,204,253 square feet of total development during the same year, 41% higher than 2015, which included 5,234 residential units of all types.
